Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, token, subscription and service credit rules for Backlink Monitors plans and usage allowances.
This Refund & Service Credit Policy explains how Backlink Monitors handles cancellations, refunds, duplicate charges, token top-ups, usage allowances and service issues.

1. Core principles
Backlink Monitors provides technical monitoring, alerts, snapshots, exports and reports. We do not guarantee SEO outcomes, rankings, indexing, traffic, link value, campaign ROI or third-party website behaviour.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in the billing area. Current public monthly plans are Starter at $9.99, Growth at $39.99, Pro at $139.99 and Agency at $349.99 unless a different price is shown at checkout or agreed in writing.
Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the paid period, unless the interface states otherwise or an account is suspended for abuse, fraud, non-payment or legal reasons.
3. Tokens and usage allowances
Plans may include projects, monitored placements, checks, index checks, snapshot history, storage, alert channels, exports or other usage limits. Unused recurring allowances may expire at the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise.
Token top-ups or internal credits are generally consumed when extra capacity is used. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, consumed tokens, used credits, completed checks, generated snapshots and delivered reports are normally not refundable.
4. When credits or refunds may apply
We may provide a service credit, repeat processing or refund where there was a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a confirmed platform-side failure that prevented paid functionality from being delivered, or where mandatory law requires it.
5. When refunds usually do not apply
Refunds usually do not apply because a backlink was removed by a third-party site, a source page blocked access, a link changed, a URL was not indexed, a link did not improve rankings, a campaign did not produce traffic, an alert was delayed by a third-party channel, or submitted data was incomplete or incorrect.
6. How to request a review
Contact support with your account email, workspace name, invoice or payment reference, affected project, relevant URLs, date of the issue and the remedy requested. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restriction or suspension while the dispute is investigated.
8. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer, payment or statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
